Instructions
Brew the espresso.
Pour chilled heavy cream into a medium-sized bowl. You can keep the bowl in the fridge before whipping or place it on top of ice to keep it cool.
Use a hand mixer to slowly whip heavy cream on medium speed and gradually speed it up. Stop when the cream is sturdy enough to form peaks.
Pour espresso into a glass. Slowly add whipped cream.
