Coffee Coconut Energy Balls Recipe

  • Food processor
  • Airtight container

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tsp instant coffee
  • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Put the almonds and dates in a food processor. Process until they are broken into fine pieces.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients except for the coconut flakes. Process until combined.
  • Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  • Coat them in coconut flakes. Enjoy!
