Avery Miles

Avery combines a culinary arts background with coffee obsession. After graduating from culinary school in 2019, they spent three years developing coffee-based desserts for a farm-to-table restaurant in Austin. Avery holds a Coffee Quality Institute Q Grader certification and regularly judges regional barista competitions. Their kitchen counter permanently features at least four different brewing devices, a postage scale for precise measurements, and whatever seasonal single-origin bean caught their attention that week. Outside of coffee, Avery ferments kombucha and maintains a sourdough starter named Bubbles.
